How to measure for scrubs
4 min read ยท Scrubberry

The right size makes a set feel like it was cut for you. The easiest way to find it is a soft tape and one quiet minute.
Here is how to do it.
Take three numbers
Measure around the fullest part of your bust or chest, then your natural waist. For pants, measure from the crotch to where you want the hem to end.
Stand relaxed and keep the tape snug but not tight. Write the numbers down in inches.
Match them to a size
Our size guide lists each size with bust and waist in inches, about. For example, M is bust 37 to 38 and waist 30 to 31.
Between two sizes, pick the larger one.
Check the length
The Classic V-Neck Scrub Set has straight pants. Compare the pants length in the photos with your own inseam.
The Men's V-Neck Scrub Top is a short-sleeve top in cotton twill.
Measuring tips that help
Ask a friend to hold the tape if you can, since it is easier to keep level. Measure over thin clothes, not bulky layers, and breathe out normally. Write each number next to its name so you do not mix them up. If a number falls between two sizes in the size guide, choose the larger size and check the inseam. All sales are final, so it is worth a second measurement.
