Shipping
Free standard shipping across the USA on orders of $75 or more. Below $75, shipping is a flat $4.95. You get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves.
All sales are final
Every order is packed for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a different size.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, as long as your order has not shipped. We refund you in full to your original payment method.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us your order number and a clear photo within 3 days of delivery. Once we confirm it, we send a replacement or store credit.
Order not arrived
If your tracking has not moved or your order has not arrived, email us and we check with the carrier for you.
